We ask you, urgently: don’t scroll past this
Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources—essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. If everyone gave just $5, the cost of a coffee, we could rebuild stronger and keep Catholic education free for all. Stand with us in faith. Thank you.Help Now >

HOUSTON, TX (UST) - Celts for Life President Austin Cruz said the two groups decided to create the Cemetery of the Innocents in front of the Chapel of St. Basil this week in conjunction with 40 Days for Life and to honor the lives ended that go unnoticed.
"We hope that the Cemetery of the Innocents will bring awareness of the atrocity of abortion and move the students, faculty and administration to reflect on the dignity of all human life," Cruz said.
Cruz's brother Jonathan Cruz, Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus, said the UST display of the Cemetery of the Innocents includes white crosses that symbolize the number of abortions in the United States each day along with 52 red crosses to symbolize the number of lives lost in Harris County alone.
On Thursday, March 21 at 5 p.m., the Rev. Joseph Pilsner will celebrate Mass in the Chapel of St. Basil as a memorial service for the unborn. The memorial service is open to the public.
For more information on the Mass or the Cemetery of the Innocents, contact Celts for Life or Knights of Columbus.
