Joshua, 6/8/2024 - Thank you for reading this and for your prayer. We all need prayer. My prayer request is just as important and needed as your prayer request. I am just suffering really badly. I think about taking my life and how hopeless things are. I feel misunderstood and innocent and I am getting treated like garbage. I don't know how else to put it. Things seem so unfair. I look around at the world outside of my own problems and I am shocked and disgusted from the general media and what is popular and how the crowd just follows. I'm lost here on earth I don't belong in this place. My family is broken and all though I work so hard I am unappreciated and disrespected at work mocked and bullied. I feel like I am cursed. I'm older now so friends have drifted away. I am very alone not a soul to trust. Even at church the one person I talked to has started romanticizing her relationship with a priest and I feel like I can't really be friends with her because it's ridiculous, sinful and weird. She wants to vent to me all the gossip and politics in the church and I don't care or even want to know. I look to the church for a sacred space but I feel like gossip is everywhere and I don't want to hear it. So that leaves me not wanting to go to church anymore. I have been isolating because I feel like everyone is just disappointing. I know I am not perfect but I don't feel ok here on earth I don't like it and I don't want to participate I just want to die. I wish I had a nice family that loved me and good friends that care for me but this is not the case. What else is there to live for? I am grateful for food, shelter, my health and a job but I am very deeply unhappy. I really wish God would put meaningful good people in my life I am utterly alone with no one who cares or loves me. Surrounded by jerks on the job. If I die no one will even bury me I will be a Jane doe. God have mercy. God please help me guide my path. Thank you for reading. Marie, 6/7/2024 - I urgently ask for your prayers as I am in a desperate situation. Right now, I am on the verge of locking myself in the bathroom at work to cry. My current job has become overwhelming and disheartening. The atmosphere is filled with misery from my coworkers to management, and now we are facing budget cuts that add more work to our already heavy load. I am on the verge of a mental meltdown and feel my stress levels are becoming unmanageable.
I have been in this role for four years, taking on additional responsibilities without any change in title or recognition. Despite being over-educated for what I do, I find myself stuck in this challenging situation. As of December 28, 2023, the company I work for went under new management, which has only added to the uncertainty and stress. Financially, I am barely scraping by, and the added stress is severely affecting my mental health. The lack of money and the constant struggle to make ends meet are wearing me down.
I urgently need a breakthrough and ask for your fervent prayers that I may catch up to God's timing and find the right job opportunity where I can feel valued, find fulfillment, and achieve financial stability. Additionally, I seek your prayers for a personal "glow up" in body, mind, and soul. Please open my body to new exercises, my mind to new ways of thinking, my soul to the love of God, and my eyes to new experiences. I believe that these changes will help me become the best version of myself and prepare me for the opportunities ahead.
